Key Features in Version 2.0

  1. Enhanced Anatomy: Significant improvements to hands, feet, and poses for more natural and accurate results. Say goodbye to awkwardly distorted limbs!
  2. Improved Textures and Quality: Upgraded skin details, richer textures, and overall sharper results. Blurry images are now much rarer compared to previous versions or using LoRAs alone.
  3. Better Text Rendering: While still a work in progress, text generation has improved significantly. Occasional artifacts or strange symbols might still appear, but it’s much better than before.
  4. Expanded Dataset: A larger, more diverse dataset (1,800 images) introduces improved balance in style, lighting, and composition.

Based on my tests, Quant 8 (Q8) offers slightly better quality than FP8, delivering finer details while maintaining manageable resource requirements. However, other variants perform well too. Choose the version that best fits your setup.

Known Limitations

  1. NSFW Capability: This remains a weak point in this version. However, a dedicated fine-tune for NSFW content is already in progress.
  2. Text Rendering: While text generation is better, occasional artifacts like strange symbols or incomplete words may occur. Using T5xxl FP16 instead of FP8 significantly improves text quality.

Tips for Best Results

Prompting Tips:
For optimal results, use concise, descriptive prompts with clearly separated phrases. While storytelling prompts can be creative, unnecessary descriptions won’t enhance the output. Focus on essential visual details for the best results.


Future Plans

The development of this fine-tune is ongoing, with upcoming updates possibly focusing on:

  1. Expanded NSFW capabilities.
  2. Enhancing edge cases like dynamic poses and complex lighting scenes.
  3. Improving text rendering for more readable and accurate results.

UltraReal Flux Fine-Tune v1: Overview

This was my first experiment with fine-tuning, built on my UltraReal LoRA and expanded with a larger dataset. The goal? To push realism to the next level and strike a balance between casual aesthetics and professional-quality visuals.

While not perfect, the results were promising. Hands and feet sometimes had errors but performed much better than the base Flux model. This fine-tune delivers professional-grade images with exceptional detail, realistic shadows, and lighting—making it a versatile tool for generating stunning realistic images.
